I believe in the transformative power of therapy to address problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and conflicts within relationships. Taking this courageous step can lead to creating healthier versions of oneself by navigating painful emotions and enhancing self-worth and relationships.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA-approved training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Through these methods, I aim to empower individuals to process traumatic experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and regain control and stability in their lives.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to be part of and witness the transformations, and I will be honored to be part of your process.
